My friend's RTI regarding PSRs, speed trials and DMA KPK doubling to Adra.
Item No : 1- Permanent speed restriction of 15 KMPH at Anara and of 80 KMPH at Bero end of Ramkanali exist according to respective sharp reverse curves. Elimination of PSR at ANR has been sanctioned and included in DPR of Chandil Burnpur 3rd line. New alignment at Ramkanali is being planned with Engg/DEN/North and DFCCIL to remove restriction.

OHE renewal order issued in view to reduce resistance, heat and corrosion alongside coastal effects.
Item No : 3- Damodar-Mohisila-Kalipahari doubling is a super critical coal project. Plans are there to shift both freight and passenger trains from Burnpur-Asansol line. This new line will establish fast transit between south eastern railway and eastern railway. It will nullify all present detentions.

After completion Adra - JOC - DMA - MOH - KPK will become the mainline and BURN - ASN will become the branch line.
