The GM stated that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be visiting Jamshedpur on September 15th, during which two Vande Bharat trains to Patna and Brahmapur will be flagged off from Tatanagar. All preparations for the new train operations are underway. The GM inspected the area around Tatanagar station, including the platforms, to assess the security arrangements. The DRM, A.J. Rathore, and other officials from the Chakradharpur division were present. The GM mentioned that the station redevelopment project will commence soon, increasing the number of platforms from 5 to 8.
