I have experienced Itwari Bhilai route yesterday with Shivnath Express, it departed from itwari more than 1 and the half hr late , after kamptee it speeded up , at gondia outer it stopped for 3 or 4 times. Shivnath Express got delayed by more than 2 hrs . In the morning, after dongargarh I have seen almost 7 goods trains including one python standing on one line , on the third track , there were 4-5 goods trains on one line. If this is the condition,then this should be much needed, multitracking (doubling,tripling , Quadraling, even pendrpling, hexapling )

During British Times, Mixed Passenger Trains used to run. 20 Coaches, 9 for Freight & 11 for Passengers(SL-5; II-3; 3A-2; 2A-1) Now in current time of 22-24 coaches, SER & SER can do 10 Freight Car + 12-14 Passenger Cars.
For example:- 12859/60 can have this combination. L-EOG-F1-F2-F3-F4-FSLR-UR-UR-UR-S1-S2-S3-S4-S5-S6-PC-B1-B2-B3-A1-A2-F5-F6-F7 = 24 coaches, Freight-7, SLRD -1; Sleeper-6; 3AC-3; 2AC-2; UR-3; P-1; EOG-1;

You don't even need to do that, Just attach a Medium prioirty Freight train with Passenger train as a Python rake, the Passenger train will start running at full priority automatically

The third line project, which was announced five years ago, aims to improve rail traffic. The Nagpur-Wardha line is nearing completion, and the Wardha-Ballarshah line, which is over 50% complete, will further enhance connectivity. The Wardha-Ballarshah line project, estimated at ₹1,384 crore, is 67% complete, with ₹833 crore already spent. The 132 km line consists of three sections: Wardha-Hinganghat (33 km), Hinganghat-Chikhani Road (47 km), and Chikhani Road-Majri (38% complete).

Isse, trains Nagpur se seedha Ballarshah tak ja payenge, jisse trains ki frequency aur speed badhegi aur passengers ko bhi bahut faida hoga. Junction se Mumbai, Delhi aur Howrah jaane ke liye lines hain, lekin up and down traffic ki wajah se bahut traffic jam hota hai aur overloaded trains chalani padti hain. Is problem ko solve karne ke liye 5 saal pehle third line ka project announce kiya gaya tha, jisme Nagpur se Itarsi, Nagpur se Wardha aur Nagpur se Durg shamil hain. Nagpur se Wardha tak ki line almost complete ho chuki hai, aur Wardha se Ballarshah tak ka project bhi 50% se zyada complete ho chuka hai. Isse, Nagpur se Ballarshah tak ki connectivity bahut strong ho jayegi. Wardha se Ballarshah line ka project 1,384 crore rupees ka hai, jisme 67% kaam khatam ho chuka hai aur 833 crore rupees kharch ho chuke hain.
