The Gorumahisani-Bangriposi line, 85.6 km long, was proposed with six stations: Chandbil, Charabandha, Bishoi, Banki, Patra, and New Raiarangpur, at an estimated cost of over 2269 crores. Despite earlier inspections and assurances from Chakradharpur division officials, the projects are not reflected in the 2024-25 budget. The Silli-Illoo bypass line in Jharkhand is also facing delays in its initiation.

Badampahar-Kendujhargarh line, 82.06 km lambi, mein 6 new stations: Kalasbandh, Tongabila, Singha, Ghoseda, Chemna aur Khartaangari hote, jiske liye 1875 crore se zyada paise kharch hone the. Gorumahisani-Bangriposi line, 85.6 km lambi, 6 stations: Chandbil, Charabandha, Bishoi, Banki, Patra aur New Raiarangpur ke saath banne wali thi, jiske liye 2269 crore se zyada ka kharch tha. Chakradharpur division ke officials ne inspection karke assurance diya tha, lekin 2024-25 ke budget mein yeh projects nahi hain. Jharkhand mein Silli-Illoo bypass line ka kaam bhi ab jaldi shuru hone ki ummeed nahi hai.

East Zone conducted surveys and prepared detailed project reports for both lines in 2023. Construction is expected to begin soon. The Chakulia-Buramara line will include five new stations: Jharpokharia, New Jamshol, Bhadagoda, Lulagapani, and Barol. It will also require 61 bridges, including 41 ROBs. The Silli-Illoo line will reduce travel time from Tatanagar to Ranchi by 40 minutes. The new line will shorten the distance by 10 km and eliminate the need to change engines at Muri station. The Railway Board is also planning two new lines in Odisha: Gurumahisani to Bangardiposi (85.6 km) and Badampahar to Keonjhar (82.06 km). These lines will cost around 4100 crore rupees. Surveys have been completed for both lines, including station names, tunnels, ROBs, RUBs, underbridges, and bridge designs. These lines will reduce the distance between Tatanagar and Bhubaneswar by over 60 km.

Chakulia-Buramara line mein panch new stations banenge: Jharpokharia, New Jamshol, Bhadagoda, Lulagapani, aur Barol. Isme 61 bridges bhi banenge, including 41 ROBs. Silli-Illoo line se Tatanagar se Ranchi jane mein passengers ko 40 minutes ki bachat hogi. Naya line se Ranchi ki distance 10 km kam hogi aur Muri station pe trains ke engine change karne ka jhanjhat nahi rahega. Railway Board Odisha mein bhi do nayi line plan kar raha hai: Gurumahisani se Bangardiposi (85.6 km) aur Badampahar se Keonjhar (82.06 km).
