Vande Bharat trains will reduce journey times by over two hours and 90 minutes, respectively. These trains, designed and manufactured in India, offer a modern and comfortable travel experience with a top speed of 160 KMPH, anti-collision device KAVACH, and fully-sealed gangways. Indian Railways has introduced 772 additional train services, including 100 Vande Bharat trains, from 2019-2020 to 2023-2024, with a total investment of Rs 1,343.72 crore in Vande Bharat train production.

Chennai Egmore, running daily except Wednesdays. It is expected to facilitate pilgrims travelling to the Meenakshi Amman Temple in Madurai and the Kumari Amman Temple in Kanniyakumari. The train will depart from Chennai Egmore at 5am and reach Nagercoil at 1:50pm. The Madurai to Bengaluru Cantonment train will connect the temple city of Madurai with Bengaluru, departing from Madurai at 5:15am and reaching Bengaluru Cantonment at 1pm. The Meerut City-Lucknow Vande Bharat train will begin its regular service from Lucknow on Sunday and from Meerut on Monday, operating six days a week. This train is expected to boost religious tourism in the region by providing faster travel to pilgrimage sites like Digambar Jain Temple, Mansa Devi Mandir, Surajkund Temple, and Augharnath Temple. It will depart from Meerut City at 6:35am and arrive in Lucknow's Charbagh railway station at 1:45pm.

Yeh train Madurai me Meenakshi Amman Temple aur Kanniyakumari me Kumari Amman Temple jaane waale pilgrims ke liye aasan karega. Train Chennai Egmore se 5am pe niklegi aur Nagercoil pe 1:50pm pe pahuchegi.
