A total of 25 inquiry centers will be operationalized across the division, with the contract lasting for three years. The tender, worth ₹7,01,55,849, seeks experienced and financially capable contractors. This privatization trend extends to various aspects of railway services, including catering, cleaning, ticket vending, paid waiting areas, complaint handling via social media, the 139 helpline, maintenance of smoke detectors on the Humsafar Express, crew management systems, the Rail Madad portal, and operations of trains like the Tejas Express. Other initiatives include Bharat Gaurav trains, restaurant-on-wheels, sleeping pods, and retiring rooms.

Divisional Railway Manager, Himanshu Badoni ne media ko railway ki uplabdhiyon ki jaankaari di. Unhone kaha ki railway ki kaaryapranali ab badal gayi hai. Pehle ki sthiti nahi hai. Pehle grameen ilakon mein rail overbridge ki baat karne par file dab jati thi. Aaj railway khud aage aa raha hai. Rajya sarkar se share nahin hone par bhi railway apne budget se ROB banwa raha hai. 2014 mein jo railway ka budget jaari hota tha, vartamaan mein utna budget sirf UP ke liye jaari hua hai. Har station par khaas taiyaari chal rahi hai. Aisa nahin hai ki sirf denting painting karke chhod diya ja raha hai. Naye stations par yaatriyon ke liye vishesh suvidha ka dhyaan rakha gaya hai. Divyang, waste material, eco friendly station, roof plaza, parking aadi banaya ja raha hai taki station pahunchne wale yaatriyon ko koi samasya na aaye. Ye bhi bataya ki 26 February ko PM Narendra Modi ji 554 Amrit Bharat stations aur 1500 ROBs ka shilaanyas aur lokarpan virtual karenge.
