After an investigation, Mihir Kumar Mahato has been suspended. The incident has raised concerns about other non-railway personnel occupying quarters illegally. Mahato reportedly paid the money to Mihir Kumar Mahato to receive a fake NOC for the quarter after Pramanik retired and surrendered the quarter to the railways. Mahato paid ₹1700 monthly rent to Pramanik for the quarter. The incident came to light when an attempt was made to remove the belongings from the quarter. Mahato refused to vacate the quarter, demanding his money back. After pressure from railway officials, Mahato finally vacated the quarter on Thursday. Mahato expressed his distress at the incident, claiming that Mihir Kumar Mahato took the money for the quarter. He also highlighted that many non-railway personnel are residing in quarters illegally and urged an investigation into this practice.

I am not sure, could be because RNC-PNBE VB already halts at KQR ? KQR is also getting HWH-GAYA and RNC-GODA VB. Moreover, This route I cannot be sure unless trial is because I have no faith in SER regarding BKSC at the moment.
