Protest ne loco pilots aur dusre railway staff ke beech rest periods mein aantar ko highlight kiya aur withheld overtime allowances ko release karne ki maang ki, jo 2021 se pending hain. Protest mein safety ensure karne ke liye duty ko consecutive do raaton tak simit karne ka bhi call diya gaya aur dusre maangon ke liye bhi advocated kiya gaya, jisme 8th pay commission ka implementation aur assistant loco pilots ko risk allowance provide karna shamil hai.
