Is mauke par DRM Devashish Tripathi, Senior DCM Saurabh Kataria, Senior DEN-Ko Rituraj Sharma aadi maujood rahe. Sopan restaurant mein gandagi thi. Bhopal railway station par yaatriyon ko parose jaane wale khane ki gunavatta mein sudhar nahi ho raha tha. Jis rasoi mein khana taiyar ho raha tha, waha gandagi thi. Rasoi ke bartan dho ne wali jagah bhi saaf nahi thi. Ye gadbadi platform number-1 par chalne wala Sopan railway restaurant ke sanchalak kar rahe the. Railway GM jab restaurant mein pahunchi, toh unhen yeh sab najara dekhne ko mila. GM ne restaurant sanchalak ko khane ki gunavatta mein sudhar ke nirdhesh diye. Haal hi mein khane mein kaakaroj aur kido milne ki shikayaton ke baad restaurant sanchalakon ko pest control karwane ke liye kaha gaya. Saath hi DRM aur Senior DCM ko auchk nirishkarn ke nirdhesh diye gaye. GM ne yaatriyon se samvad kiya aur yaatri suvidhao ke sambandh mein feedback liya. Unhone stall, platform, waiting rooms aur track ki safai vyavastha bhi dekhi. Saath hi lounge, pod concept, retiring room aur roof top cafe aadi nirmanadheen karyon ka bhi jayza liya. Vande Bharat ki ummid. Is bar rail budget mein sleeper category ki Vande Bharat milne ke baare mein GM ne kaha ki Bhopal main railway track par hai. Isliye jo bhi sleeper Vande Bharat vibhinn mandalon ko diye jayengi, unme se kuchh yaha se hoti hui jayengi. Unhone adhikariyon se atikraman hatwane ke liye bhi kaha.
