Iske alawa, Bṛjrājpura aur Gamharia mein yards ko expand karke freight capacity badhai ja rahi hai, aur Chaibasa ke paas Pandrasali mein ek new godown banne se Haldipokhur yard ka bojh kam hoga. Kandra mein bhi ek goods shed banne ki plan hai, aur Tatanagar mein yard expansion ke liye survey chal rahe hain. Tatanagar, Adityapur, aur Salgajhudi ke beech third line se goods train operation ko aur better banaane mein madad milegi.
