Furthermore, several train services have been extended during specific periods: January 12-16, January 28 - February 5, February 11-14, and February 25-28. Train number 11801/11802 Viraangana Lakshmibai Express (Jhansi-Prayagraj) will be operated up to Fatehpur. Train number 11273/11274 Itarsi-Prayagraj Chheoki will terminate at Chunar station. Train numbers 03333/03334 and 04193/04194 Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyaya-Subedarganj will be operated up to Fatehpur. Train number 04181/04182 Kanpur Central-Subedarganj will run until Chunar, while 04129/04130 Kanpur Central-Fatehpur Memu will be extended to Prayagraj Junction. Train number 04103/04104 Kanpur Central-Funfud will also be operated up to Prayagraj. Finally, train number 04159/04160 Kanpur Central-Etawah Memu will arrive and depart from Fatehpur.

On Tuesday morning, the Tripura Sundari Express, traveling from Prayagraj to Pt. Deendayal Junction, was stopped near the Ojhal bridge due to a noise from the engine. was stationary for about three minutes while the crew inspected the engine wheels and brakes. After finding no issues, the train continued its journey. The RPF Inspector, Dinesh Kumar, investigated the incident and found that railway workers were changing a broken sleeper near the bridge. It is believed that a small stone may have hit the engine during the work, causing the noise. The engine was inspected at Pt. Deendayal Junction but no damage was found. A joint investigation report has been submitted to higher authorities.

Express train accident that occurred on September 9th, 2002. The ceremony was conducted to pray for the souls of those who lost their lives in the accident and to prevent a similar tragedy from happening again. Among those present were PWI in-charge Anil Kumar Singh, Ram Bhajan Singh, Congress leader Dr. Tulsi Yadav, and community members. The ceremony included lighting candles and offering prayers for the victims.
