Barabanki railway station to be revamped soon

The Barabanki Junction railway station in Uttar Pradesh, now the oldest station under the Northern Railway, is set to be redeveloped at a cost of Rs 33.42 crore. This follows the recent renovation of the Manduadih station in Varanasi.

Varanasi mein Manduadih railway station ka renovation hone ke baad, abhi Northern Railway mein Barabanki Junction sabse purana station hai, jisko Rs 33.42 crore ki lagat se redevelop kiya jaayega.

From Varanasi it should follow shorter route via Hatia Sambalpur and not taking in zigzag manner to Jabalpur and Raipur. This route train should be in addition to Vskp Varanasi Allahabad service as both cities have traveler to fill a full train and is also proved in special services.
