At Bhopal station, the counter is located on the ground floor of the new building, outside the inquiry counter. Even with dense fog, train operations continue with the help of fog-safe devices. However, delays are occurring due to the fog. Passengers are flocking to the counters for information on train delays, refunds for ticket cancellations, and other related matters. The counters also provide information on train delays at stations where fog counters are not set up. The stations with fog counters include Bhopal, Rani Kamalapati, Itarsi, Bina, Vidisha, Hoshangabad, Harda, and Ganj Basoda.

Bhopal station pe counter new building ke ground floor pe inquiry counter ke bahar hai. Bhale hi fog bahut dense ho, train operations continue with the help of fog-safe devices. But, fog ki wajah se trains schedule se late chal rahi hai. Passengers fog counters pe trains ki delay, tickets cancel karne par refund, aur aur information ke liye aa rahe hai.
