in berth number 66, also reported the theft of her purse and other belongings. Passengers took to Twitter, informing the Railway Ministry and RPF about the incident and requesting urgent help. However, a TTE arrived much later and seemed incapable of offering any assistance. Senior DSE of Dhanbad division, Anurag Meena, confirmed the theft in AC coach B-5. The GRP team, having arrived at the scene, claimed to have recovered most of the stolen items and was investigating the matter. They promised a clearer picture within a day or two. Passengers reported that only a few security personnel were on duty and that RPF personnel were absent. B-SAP personnel, under BMP control, were deployed for security. After the train reached Gaya station, passengers demanded action from the RPF, but the officers delayed the process. Neetu Nandan, the victim, consistently called her own phone from another passenger's device, but received no response. She repeatedly requested technical assistance, but the RPF officers claimed the railway lacked high-tech facilities. Finally, the victims filed a complaint at the GRP station in Patna, which was later transferred to Koderma.

The train was scheduled to arrive in Tatanagar within 11 hours, but delays were encountered due to other trains. Passengers expressed dissatisfaction, suggesting that the train was not worth the inconvenience. Two new Vande Bharat trains, Rourkela-Howrah and Berhampur-Howrah, are scheduled to start service on September 18th. The Tatanagar-Patna Vande Bharat train is expected to be operational on September 22nd. All three Vande Bharat trains operating through Tatanagar will be out of service on Tuesday due to maintenance. The Tatanagar-Patna Vande Bharat Express train also experienced delays during its trial run due to stone-pelting incidents. An incident involving a stray animal near Koderma also caused a brief delay during a previous trip. Despite the delays, the train arrived in Patna on time. The train was en route to Gaya via Tata and Gomoh (Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Junction) when the incident occurred near kilometer 455 between Bandhua and Tanakuppa stations. The coach with the damaged window pane is numbered 24159. Following the incident, officers and personnel from the Paharpur Outpost, under the jurisdiction of the Kodarma RPF Post of the Dhanbad Railway Division, were dispatched to investigate. During the trial run, Sub-Inspector Anand Alok, along with his staff, was deployed for route protection duty on the Tata-Patna-Tata Vande Bharat Express from Gomoh to Gaya.

Meanwhile, the Indian Railways is on alert following a stone-pelting incident on the Vande Bharat Express, which occurred during a trial run between Tata and Patna.
