at Kanpur Central. This incident marks the fourth time in 45 days that a cylinder has been found on the Kanpur railway track. Investigations suggest the cylinder may have fallen from the 22538 Kushinagar Express, which passed the same track earlier. Authorities are investigating how the cylinder fell and if any passenger intentionally dropped it. The incident has raised concerns about safety protocols. A three-member committee has been formed to investigate the incident, while the RPF and Carriage & Wagon department have also started their own investigations.

Ye incident 45 din me fourth baar hai jab Kanpur ke track pe cylinder mila hai. Investigations se pata chala hai ki cylinder 22538 Kushinagar Express se gira hoga, jo isse pehle is track se guzi thi. Ab authorities jaanch kar rahe hain ki cylinder kaise gira aur kya kisi passenger ne isse jaan boojhkar gira diya. Is incident se safety protocols pe sawal uth rahe hain.
