issues like encroachment near the station and waterlogging near the station road, which are hindering construction work. The DM assured the DCM of resolving these issues quickly. Earlier, in August, the Municipal Commissioner had sent a letter to the DRM of the Sonpur Rail Division, through the DM, accusing the construction agency of blocking a drainage channel. Following this, a joint team of the Municipal Corporation, RLDA, and the construction agency inspected the site. This has created tension between the Municipal Corporation and the RLDA. After the meeting with the DM, the Senior DCM visited the office of a fertilizer company in Bela. He held a meeting with the unit head, T.K. Singh, to discuss the company's loading and unloading procedures. Since June 17th, fertilizer has been transported by rail from the Narayanpur Anant Goods Shed.

Vinod Kumar, Additional Officer (AO) of Sonpur, has been given the additional charge of Station Director at Muzaffarpur Junction. He assumed the post on Thursday, following the retirement of Manoj Kumar, the previous Station Director. Vinod Kumar will now be the acting Station Director at Muzaffarpur Junction.

Muzaffarpur Junction ke Station Director ka additional charge, Sonpur ke AO Vinod Kumar ko diya gaya hai. Unhone Thursday ko yeh post sambhaal liya hai.
