including the introduction of a Vande Bharat train between Jabalpur and Raipur, restarting trains halted due to the pandemic, and including Ghada, Gwari Ghat, and Bargi stations in WCR instead of SECR. The meeting was attended by MPs from Mandla, Satna, Jabalpur, Narmadapuram, Sagar, Damoh, Sidhi, and the Rajya Sabha. Other MPs sent their suggestions through representatives. The meeting highlighted the ongoing development work in the division, including the Amrit Bharat Station scheme, which will upgrade 53 stations across WCR, including 15 in the Jabalpur division. The initiative includes major upgrades to Jabalpur and Satna stations. Additionally, a 'One Station, One Product' scheme was introduced to promote local goods, and 'Prime Minister Bharatiya Janaushadhi Kendra' centers were opened at Madan Mahal, Bina, and Sawai Madhopur stations for providing affordable and generic medicines. MPs provided suggestions, including completing infrastructure projects on time, a stopover for the overnight express between Jabalpur and Indore at Shriram station, restarting halted trains, running passenger trains from Jabalpur to various destinations, and including Ghada, Gwari Ghat, and Bargi stations in WCR. Further suggestions included a Vande Bharat train between Jabalpur and Raipur, a direct train from Jabalpur to Amritsar, daily operation of the MP Sampark Kranti train, and a stop for the Somnath and Garibrath Express trains at Madan Mahal station. Satna's MP also advocated for cleanliness at stations, female guards on passenger trains, and reopening stopovers for trains that were halted during the pandemic.

The budget allocation for WCR's projects and other expenses includes: ₹2480 crore for new lines, ₹1372 crore for doubling/tripling, ₹140 crore for traffic facilities and yard remodeling, ₹15 crore for road safety works (level crossings), ₹627 crore for road safety works (RUB/ROB), ₹970 crore for track renewal, ₹121 crore for bridge and tunnel works, ₹236 crore for signaling and telecommunications, ₹105 crore for electrical works (TRD), ₹379 crore for passenger amenities, and ₹103 crore for factories and production units. Key new lines and projects include: Lalitpur-Satna, Rewa-Singrauli, and Mahoba-Khajuraho new railway line (541 km) - ₹850 crore, Ramganjmandi-Bhopal new railway line (262 km) - ₹523 crore, Jabalpur-Indore new railway line (342 km) - ₹1107 crore, Budni-Barkheda third line - ₹200 crore, Katni-Singrauli doubling (261 km) - ₹400 crore, Katni-Bina third line (278 km) - ₹350 crore, and Katni grade separator viaduct (21.5 km) - ₹300 crore. and Ratlam by 57 km, allowing trains to bypass Ujjain. Currently, 11 pairs of trains operate on the Laxmibai Nagar-Fatehabad-Ratlam route, and 10 pairs run through Indore-Ujjain-Ratlam. The doubling project requires land acquisition, but some land is already owned by the railway, allowing for early commencement of earthwork and bridge construction. The budget also includes funds for other projects in the Ratlam division. Additionally, due to doubling work on the Anand-Godhra railway section, the route of the Indore-Gandhi Dham and Veraval-Indore Mahamana Express trains has been changed for specific dates.

hai, toh Indore se Ujjain se ho kar Ratlam jaane wali long distance trains Fatehabad se ho kar directly jaa sakengi, jisse 57 km ki distance kam ho jaayegi. Currently, Laxmibai Nagar-Fatehabad-Ratlam route pe 11 pairs of trains chalti hain aur Indore-Ujjain-Ratlam route pe 10 pairs chalti hain. Doubling project ke liye land acquisition karna hoga, lekin kuchh land railway ke paas pehle se hai, isliye earthwork aur bridge ka kaam jaldi shuru ho sakega. Ratlam division ke liye budget mein aur bhi schemes ke liye paisa diya gaya hai. Alag se, Anand-Godhra railway section pe doubling work ki wajah se, Indore-Gandhi Dham aur Veraval-Indore Mahamana Express trains ka route kuchh specific dates pe change kiya gaya hai.
