I've been travelling in 06592 (HSRA - YPR Passenger) for last few days. The train does stop at BLRR. There is a two wheeler shed where the vehicles can be parked at Rs.350 per month. Alternatively, there are autos which would be available only during the train arrival times. The autos should be shared with 3 other people (3 in the back and one in the front with the driver) @ Rs.20 per person. The drop point of auto is at the outer ring road (on the underpass bridge near JP Morgan - hardly 2 Kms). Please be noted that you need to rush to catch the auto as soon as you get down from the train. Else you may have to wait for more time to get an auto.

returning to Hosur, you need to get down at JP Morgan stop and catch an auto @ Rs.50 (no shared Auto is available to BLRR).
Hope this information would be helpful.

By ORR, you mean the Silk Board/Marathhalli Ring Road or some other ring road?
