after vskp add kottavalasa jn. tyada
in icf just edit as loco-slr-gs-gs- and at the end put gs-gs-slr
and...

no need of pc also
5min halt at kazipet is not required
halt at dornakal, madhira is not needed still if you want to keep instead of dornakal put mahabubabad halt
and please increase the speed in between annavaram and anakapalle

Dornakal is a Junction than Madhira. If train arrives early it can halt there. Regarding Halt at KZJ some times due to signal problem and crossings even Godavari will come late so given. PC given because after VSKP & up to Koraput the stations don't have any proper refreshments.
