Rate and suggest, A direct train between Prayagraj to Guwahati via Varanasi, Ballia,Katihar and NJP, which will help in religious tourism.
Also suggest if I should extend it from either sides (realistically)?

I think Gyanpur road deserves halt. And making it to go via BSB is the best thing in this train. It will get a good patronage👍
Thank you, adding Gyanpur Road halt. It was meant to start from Varanasi only but seeing the load on all Varanasi CDOs started from Prayagraj, two big cities in one go

Rate and suggest, Return journey of Prayagraj -Guwahati-Silchar Express, since Guwahati station remains pretty busy therefore extended it upto Silchar, sharing slots with multiple trains hence stations like Dhupguri,Begusarai, Jagi Road, Barsoi and Sonpur skipped

Either reverse it at lumding and bring it to guwahati or byepass lumding by giving halt at manderdisa where bankers/breakers will be attached/detached for the byepassing trains. Choice is yours but it seems that this TT has some issue in that. Kindly check that part again and do the needful changes.
Route congestion at New Delhi/ ANVT/DLI, plus this trains main focus is to serve the people of Prayagraj, Varanasi and surrounding area, for Delhi I already have a daily SF train running from Agartala
