My recent journey experience
I was travelling in 22198 from jhansi to kiul . First complain I made about this train on railmadad about unavailability of blanket. Only some person got blanket after complaining, I was one of them .
Second complain I made about unavailability of railneer and selling local brand water at 20rs.

The pantry staff Said there is no thali exists at 80.
After reaching home at 2 pm I got a call from unknown number - saying that he is irctc member from Delhi and asking about my problem . After listening my problem he said sir I will take a strict action against side pantry manager. And told me to message on his WhatsApp no - my pnr no and issue resolved, out side vendor.
Then I asked him Are you pantry manager, because I listened track sound on background. After that he started threatening me in rude way .
I have already made a complain against him on 139 describing whole thing .

Some folks got it only coz they whined, I was lucky to snag one too. Next, I whined 'bout not findin' RailNeer and bein' forced to buy some local water for 20 bucks. Then, I vented 'bout the food bein' overpriced, like 140 Rs for a veg thali, c'mon! The pantry dude said there ain't no thali for 80. When I got home 'round 2 pm, I got this call from some unknown guy claimin' to be an IRCTC member from Delhi, askin' 'bout my issues. He promised to nail the pantry manager's butt for this mess. He asked me to text on his WhatsApp with my PNR and said it'd be dealt with by an external vendor. When I asked if he was the pantry manager 'coz I heard the tracks, he got all rude and started threatenin' me. I already lodged a complaint 'bout him by callin' 139 and spillin' the whole can of worms.

Teesri shikayat maine khane ke overcharge hone ki baat ki - veg thali jo 140 rs mein thi. Pantry staff ne kaha ki 80rs mein koi thali hi nahi hoti.
Ghar pahunchne ke baad 2 baje mujhe ek anjaan number se call aaya - kehne wala ki wo Delhi se IRCTC ke member hain aur unhone mere problem ke baare mein poocha. Meri samasya sunne ke baad unhone kaha sir main side pantry manager ke khilaaf kadi karyawahi karunga. Aur mujhe apne WhatsApp number par PNR number message karne ko bola, issue resolve kar denge, bahar se vendor.
Fir maine usse pucha ki Kya aap pantry manager hain, kyun ki background mein track ki awaaz sunai di. Uske baad usne mujhe rude tareeke se dhamki dena shuru kar di.
Main pehle hi uske khilaaf 139 par complain kar chuka hoon, puri baat likhkar.
