The meeting also raised concerns about employees working over 10 hours, deductions in mileage, poor condition of railway housing, inadequate roads, lack of clean drinking water, and the need for a park for children and a club for employees. The union decided to hold protests if these issues are not addressed by the railways.

While earlier it was planned to halt at Govindpuri, the train will now stop at Kanpur Central station. The train departing from Barmer on March 26th will reach Kanpur Central station at 7:00 PM. The 04814 Howrah-Barmer Special train will depart from Howrah at 3:00 PM on Thursday, reaching Dhanbad at 8:50 PM and Kanpur Central station at 10:00 PM on Friday. It will reach Barmer at 4:30 AM on the following Saturday.
