Well this train have a remote quota after 50 km so there is a high chance katihar may come under remote quota for bihar stations,than it will affect.I think this train extension proposal was made on the basis of so much life over at katihar.
Yes after extension bihar stations will suffer but SER is one of high frequency freight operating zone it looks tough but it frequency should be increased after extension.
Perhaps now RSA with 18181/82 with 1 3A 1SL Milk removed and 1 2S added.

Rajendra Setu ke karan extra time de rakha hai. Ek to aise hi single line upar se condition bhi sahi nahi hai.
Atleast 25-30 mins lagta hai, plus extra agar pehle hi koi freight train bridge cross kar rahi ho to, isliye loose time de rakha hai max trains me, jo ki agreeably kuch zyada hi hai.
very very bad time table for 28182 same departure time from BJU by both 28182 and 15048/52. Now 15048 (Known for delayed run) will never run on time. 28182 easily reaches JAJ on time even leaving BJU at 20:20 (since no time change at JAJ)..28182 should have been speeded up by departing katihar 1 hr late and meeting BJU for its current slot at 20:20 from BJU
