Older versions of LHB 2nd seating coach were totally perfect i don't know what made railways to do such changes
These are general coaches actually, and since no armrest and no recline they allow more people to sit.
Post covid lockdown general coaches are also 2S only, hence.
No. Of seats reduce if you go for individual seats with recline, like it happened in MSRTC where pushback semi luxury has one row lesser than normal semi luxury in order to allow for reclining space.

In Non-Monsoon Timetable CR will use all the 3 Rakes in an alternate pattern. Since all 3 Rakes have vistadome coach attached
But this will create one problem post-covid and that is Deccan has some unreserved coaches but Janshatabdi is fully reserved so CR will have to struggle for maintaining the coaches which are used as unreserved coaches in Deccan coz Janshatabdi is an ISO Certified Train so they will have to maintain the coaches coz I don't think people traveling in Janshatabdi will like damaged sits or sockets which are not working
