So it seems these type of coaches used to be denoted as FS1 and were regular in Bhramputra Mail till quite a long time back.
Once they were removed from Brahmaputra Mail these are now being utilized in passenger trains plying in North India.

I have travelled in this composition coach 2-3 years ago in 51027/51029 CSTM-PANDHARPUR/BIJAPUR FAST PASSENGER... ithas 40 berths in SL and 3 COUPES OF 4+4+2
Long back have seen few FC Berth in Unreserved Coach in HWH-ASR Exp (Duplicate Punjab Mail)!!
It use to have half Coach as Unreserved & other half as FC!!
