RailwayFiles~ 272 blog posts12687 Madurai Chandigarh SF was badly trolled today. It was already rescheduled by 12 hrs. Departed BZA at 4:10 AM and arrived WL at 11:20 AM and departed at 12:20 PM after 1 hour halt. More than 8 hrs to cover a distance of 206 KMS. I was travelling by 18519 VSKP - LTT, departed BZA around 7:20 AM and reached WL at 10:45 AM. We overtook 12687 before Dornakal, before us it was already overtaken by 11020 Konark Exp, 12713 Satavahana SF exp and after us by 17201 Golconda Exp and 20833 Vandebharat. Same with prestigious 12621 Tamil Nadu SF Exp, it was overtaken by 20833 Vandebharat, 17208 BZA SNSI Exp and 18045 East Cost Express. TamilNadu departed BZA at 8:20 AM and reached WL at 2:45 PM, almost 6.5 Hrs.

Agree with this too. My primary statement was about no requirement of OTs, rest all can be arranged at the convenience of IR.
Did you had a chance to check with NCR officials the reason for not speeding up UP trains? Thanks in advance.

Warning memo Then Inquiry will be conducted .if I.o is not satisfied , suspension will range 6months -2years as per his judgement.ifrepeated offence is commited , csn be terminated from Job also .
Generally, there won't be any termination. They will make them unfit and downgrade will happen for operating staff. Might be going to some administration work based on qualification.
Yes downgrading will happen and if it repeatedl ,Suspension ,then Inquiry will be conducted .depending upon I.O recommendation ,Termination is. possible also .
In case of fatal accident ,court of inquiry will be conducted by concerned Com. of safety and he will decide on Quantum of punishment etc
During Suspension period half basic salary plus DA will be paid .if found not guilty ,balance salary ,other applicable payment will be given .or else he will be downgraded to other duties
