& why will any zone keep any full rake at yard for 4-5 days..
there are 3-4 rakes , which run with RSA..

Honestly, the SCR authorities are very particular about the RSA. 12774/03,12704/03,12764/63,22118/17 or whichever trains have a RSA, the train boards display that.
