While the Thiruvananthapuram-Mangaluru-Thiruvananthapuram Vande Bharat also boasts high occupancy rates, the Mangaluru-Goa-Mangaluru Vande Bharat has an occupancy rate below 50%. To accommodate the Vande Bharat schedule, modifications were made twice to ensure minimal disruption to other train services. The current schedule for the Thiruvananthapuram-Kasaragod-Thiruvananthapuram Vande Bharat (20634) is departure from Thiruvananthapuram at 5.15 a.m. and arrival in Kasaragod at 1.20 p.m., with the return journey (20633) leaving Kasaragod at 2.30 p.m. and reaching Thiruvananthapuram at 10.40 p.m.
