Yes with Chennai dep it cannot go to Rajahmundry. As Renigunta Chennai section is getting less travellers 100-200 on weekdays it should be changed to Tirupati and can be extended to RJY. This is my thought initially before this news came out today.

but for BZA passengers both are covering but 8f you concentrating on TPTY then MAS will be missed it go main line RU might be missed even if it runs via main line to MAS from RJY they will also miss any one

If congestion and heavy traffic is the only problem in BZA station, then IR should build a new terminal for for only Originating and Terminating of Trains from Vijayawada Junction like SMVT Bengaluru.

The target section of travellers are Chennai Tirupati and Tirupati Vijayawada with a fraction of Chennai Vijayawada direct travellers

The dep can be delayed to 610 and Kovai shifted to 615. As VB has quick acceleration it can clear the track by the time Kovai crosses Basin Bridge. Chennai 610 RU 800 VJA 1230. It is running 20 mins ahead in RU and VJA section in both directions. Return dep time should be same 1520 RU 1950 Chennai 2140. In return they are DD express arriving at 2035 which is already effected by VB overtake from MYS and Brindavan at 2110 Shatabdi 2130 Coimbatore Shatabdi 2150. It can't fit into the gap between DD and Brinda between Arakonam to Chennai as Alleppy Dhanbad is running. If placed before DD at Arakonam at 1900 to reach 2000 it has to trail Patna slot trains and also Ernakulam Tatanagar with perambur arrival 1945 lot of complications so was given 2200.

Both Janshatabdi and VB are leaving BZA with a gap of 10 mins, i do not see why it should be 15:20 , It could still leave BZA at 13:30 and make early arrival at MAS so people could reach home.

Also a stop at AJJ or TRL necessary for the VB , As this would benefit BZA travelers from AJJ or TRL instead of going to MAS

There are other trains from bza side running via ru ajj but they go to kpd side not mas side
