कामाख्या से 25 जुलाई एवं 01 अगस्त, 2024 को चलने वाली 15621 कामख्या-आनन्द विहार टर्मिनस एक्सपे्रस निर्धारित मार्ग बुढ़वल-सीतापुर-रोजा़-गाजियाबाद के स्थान पर परिवर्तित मार्ग बुढ़वल-बाराबंकी-लखनऊ-कानपुर सेंट्रल-गाजियाबाद के रास्ते चलाई जायेगी। फलस्वरूप यह गाड़ी सीतापुर, चंदौसी, मुरादाबाद, हापुड़ स्टेशनों पर नही रूकेगी।

Some trains like the New Delhi-Dibrugarh Rajdhani Express, Saharsa-Anand Vihar Terminus Express, and others will be run on alternate routes. The Howrah-Dehradun Express and the Dehradun-Howrah Express will be partially terminated and started in Lucknow. Due to Roza Yard remodeling work, several trains will be diverted from their usual route through Sitapur, Pilibhit, Bareilly City, and Ramganga. Instead, they will travel through Burhwal, Barabanki, Lucknow, Kanpur Central, and Ghaziabad. The affected trains and their revised routes are listed below, along with specific dates of operation:
