I know, it's NCR train. So, NCR want to partenship with NER (Due to Heavy Traffic In NCR).

No earlier it was decided that this train will run via FGR-KSJ-BEM route but after Ramganga issue at Bareilly,
It was sanctioned to run via CNB-ON-BLM-SPN-BE route.
Now that Ramganga issue at Bareilly is solved,it's just the grace of Railways if permanent diversion via KSJ route will happen.
ALD is demanding the extension of CNB-ASR Express too.
