ten Tatkal special trains announced earlier to run between Hubli – Chennai Central have been cancelled due to poor patronage.
Accordingly, Train No. 07324 Hubli - Chennai Central Bi-Weekly Tatkal Special train scheduled to depart Hubli at 20:20 hrs on 16th, 21st, 23rd, 28th & 30th March, 2016 have been cancelled.
Similarly, Train No. 07323 Chennai Central - Hubli Bi-Weekly Tatkal Special train scheduled to depart Chennai Central at 13:45 hrs on 17th, 22nd, 24th, 29th & 31st March, 2016 have been cancelled

Ubl mas connection is not prime reason for proposing as spl.
Slot prob to run 3days from ubl and weekly from vsg as return slot is adjusted with rajastan bound trains via ask

This train is mainly for bay-hpt region but timings are very odd. That is the reason for flop
Poor patronage is because of odd timings & making it takal train
