profit after deducting all the operational costs. Seats remaining unsold doesn't mean the train runs in losses if the money earned from the sold seats is higher than the cost incurred in running the train. For example, the EMU, MEMU, and Passenger trains run crowded, sometimes even without an inch to stand, but still those trains run in loss due to low fares. Many express trains with heavy waitlists make losses due to passengers on concessional fares, vouchers, passes etc. And if in this train more passengers are paying customers with satisfactory bookings, the train will make a profit despite having few or many unsold seats.

Now the CURR_AVL are 67 in CC and 3 in EC. More than 90% bookings in this today. Also Rourkela providing around 100 bookings in its 3rd run is pretty good start.
