Isn't TATA-HWH now 130 kph capable? Either case, that stretch is triple lined now and average of ~70 on that route isn't worth it.

Entire route is 130 capable. SER has added lot of slack to atleast run this on time. There is no way they can maintain the schedule otherwise with the freight traffic at every station enroute.
