May seek for extension of Godavari/GR to PSA for the benefit of UTTAR ANDHRA pax once regularized.
Whats point of extending them won't serve much..No need to disturb Godavari& GR for uttaranda seperate train should serve better..
I am not sure or could be palasa which ever it is feasible Visakha used run from Palasa earlier.Facilities can be provided as required.
