Train No. 03325 Dhanbad-Coimbatore Special train, which was cancelled due to ongoing non-interlocking work in Secunderabad Division of South Central Railway, has been restored.

Decent booking from DHN, no vacant berths on first run. It would serve ECR good to make this train permanent. Besides giving Dhanbad another well deserved train bound for South India, it is also serving as the first Chennai bound train from GMO,PNME & KQR etc.
It is also acting as a weekly alternative to the overbooked GAYA-MS Express from GAYA onwards.

After running 1 trip SCR have cancelled 4 trips means whole September month it will not run I have least hope that RB/Other zone will continue its run or make it regular seeing the rejection RB had done with Dhanbad for new trains.
Specials are always the first Target whenever a passing station does some work.
Well this isn't surprising !
Given historical data, anything starting from Dhanbad is always termed as not a necessity.
However if they extend it anywhere, say Barauni, the train will no longer run via Dhanbad, the KG/DNR line will provide a shorter and faster path...

That's what I'm trying to say. After completion of run (December end), Jharkhand state election will also end & 2025 Bihar state election also going to start. So I believe that the Bihar biased zone ECR will extend the train to Barauni and divert via KG line after 1st January, 2025.
Yes bihar biased zone can do so there most important stations are Barauni, Muzaffarpur,Patna.Also see the first run running with 9 hours + delay other zones are also least bothered to run this special.Muzaffarpur got two daily specials for Delhi but not a single weekly special given to Dhanbad by ECR.

03325/26 will not serve DHN that well given the extremely longer route taken but it will serve Giridih, Hazaribagh and Koderma well. I am glad better sense prevailed and ECR didn't just terminate this train at GAYA itself.
06063/64 needs to be regularized ASAP due to the overbearing load on 13351/52. It would serve DHN,BKSC & RNC quite well. And SR needs to attach AC coaches to this train. A significant section of the passengers from these cities avoid it because...

NCR will accept the proposal of trains to those places where they don't have much train. Whereas ECoR has already declined proposal of many train passing through their zone. Even recently SCR cancelled many specials due to work load
03325 is following the path of 11046 DHN KOP Express upto Jabalpur

Dhanbad - Mysuru should also introduce on same path via Kacheguda [Hyderabad]

So happy for our much ignored Satpura route to get a train. Hail ECR!
