Why most of the time Express/ SF/ Passenger trains from SDAH/ KOAA are allotted with ASN WAG locos where there are plenty of WAP's available at HWH?

Officials ne bola tha ki har station pe flyover bridges banayenge, par Kashichak mein yeh kaam nahi hua. Electrification aur tracks ka doubling toh chal raha hai, par Kashichak mein footbridge ka construction abhi tak nahi ho paya.

actually problem yeh hai ki purvanchal express ka loco link hwh wap4 barauni ke pass 1 hi hai agar yeh loco via cpr-sv hokar GKP tak aa gaya to next day iska route via bmki wdm ke through hoga aur iska wap4 to gkp mein hi reh jayega phir BJU se wap kaha mil payega?? yeh uss case mein possible hai jab barauni se pass extra wap ho jo via bmki wali purvanchal exp mein lag paye nahi to dusra solution yeh hai ki wap+wdm ke through purvanchal express chale via bmki wali taki BJU mein wdm nikal jaye aur wap continue kare journey

He will also demand that the Danapur-New Jalpaiguri Capital Express be run through Muzaffarpur and that passenger trains stop at Parmajivara and Tarajivara stations. He will also demand the operation of a train between Sitamarhi and Muzaffarpur. He will also propose increasing the frequency of MEMU trains between Samastipur-Muzaffarpur and Muzaffarpur-Sonpur.
