2 rescheduled. Services resumed normalcy after 4 pm. To accommodate stranded passengers, a special train was operated between Thrissur and Ernakulam. The affected trains included Palaruvi Express, Venad Express, Parasuram Express, and Kottayam-Nilambur Road Express, which were either short-terminated or commenced service from different stations. The cancelled trains were 06445 Guruvayur-Thrissur daily express, 06446 Thrissur-Guruvayur daily express, 06497 Shoranur-Thrissur daily express, and 06496 Thrissur-Shoranur daily express. The list of partially cancelled trains and their respective short-termination or commencement stations are provided in the article.
