But still in weekends also Mandar Hill , Barahat, Hansdiha , Nonihat can't give passengers . If these halts could have removed then this VB would have speeded up
These are small stations some are blocks,villages so boardings is not expected so high but Dumka is giving good numbers IMO.
Out of 800 rs 308 rs dinner charges.
So without that rs 500 is okay.

For the first time, this VB ran with 100% occupancy. Rampurhat alone provided a humongous 260 passenger (55% of the train)

The demand for stoppages of the 22301/22302 Howrah–NJP Vande Bharat and 12041/12042 Shatabdi Express trains is justified, as the high occupancy for Rampurhat on the 22309/22310 Howrah–Bhagalpur Vande Bharat serves as evidence.
Yes 12041/42 deserves halt of Rampurhat now. In 22301 ,RPH halt is very difficult since mainly end to end travellers occupy this train very much & even Malda, Bolpur people also can't book in 22301 during peak season
Seem like this VB is pulling the shots only during the weekends. Anyway occupancy is going to be high for a while now as Durga Pujos are coming..
Rph has come out to be a complete surprise. Had anyone said just 1 week ago that Rph would fill up 50-60% of a VB, no one would have believed that. But that's what is happening right now.
I hope, after this spectacular show of Rph, ER will now give more attention to it's religious sites like Tarakeswar and Namkhana (Ganga Sagar).

and 77 pax from DUMK,MDLE,BHLE, HSDA and NNH combined
Currently no seats are available in CC and 9 seats in EC.
This VB is getting very good patronage from RPH (morr than BGP)

JMP se BGP tak har ek train me current available rahta hai always ( except Brahmaputra Mail) . Iska matlab JMP bahut kam booking deta hai east side ke liye.
Sirf BP mail me hi JMP se BGP ke WL 40+ hai agle 7 - 10 days tak ka

JMP MGR side se Delhi side ka migration jyada hai that's why VS ya Delhi even Patna side ki train me jyada booking rahti hai. Kolkata ke liye migration kam hai to booking waisi nahi hai simple hai ye.
baki booking deta hai JMP isiliye NSG 3 me hai.
nahi deta to niche hota. baki hate n all mat socha kariye.. JMP MGR ka apna aitihasik importance hai aur wo koi nahi chhin sakta hai usse.. VB extend hogi to fast connectivity milegi for Kolkata.

If you cannot understand berth multiplexing system, I cannot do anything then.
78 vacant seats till Sahibganj, that means 1 coach is empty but rest 5 Sleeper coaches are full. That's 80% occupancy.
But when Super departs from JMP, it's average occupancy is about 20-25%, which is less given that it's a normal express.
If VB is extended then it will give 10-15% occupancy...

That WL40 is not necessary for JMP-BGP section. That WL is till the next charting station.
Railway doesn't introduce VB for occupancy. If it meaned to get occupancy, then railway would have introduced VB only on such routes which can give more than 70% occupancy in VBs but scenario is not the same in reality. There are many VBs running with less than 60% occupancy even then they are running on their routes. But JMP too can give good patronage as it is NSG-3 station.
You can't expect less for JMP as it will be the fastest train for Howrah and people would prefer VB. It will...

Should be done. For 50kms more if it gets 50-70 pax regularly then it's a win.
Yeah. But some people always want exclusive train for their own station even if it runs vacant.
