This train will have sitting coaches like normal VB? Alternatively, why not run a normal M/E train; often the best solution is the simplest one. Run something that suits everyone.

Patna-Delhi both sides is a day time journey, so atleast that's fine. Even this train in the other direction has okayish TT [much better than the crawler LJN-CPR via AY]. Just that this specific direction is an outlier with a pure overnight TT.
Exactly. Vande Bharats are good, but not beyond 4-5 hours. The cons, imo, are lack of privacy or the silence you want in travelling (CC Coaches), passengers talking in the front is clearly audible in the back rows. The sounds get amplified if group of people/families are travelling in this together (Some of this maybe related to lack of civic sense, which i hope we will learn eventually), nonetheless, it becomes sheer discomfort for lone passenger. The problem aggravates if you are sitting in the middle in 3 seat configuration. (These are some of the issues i faced when i travel in ANVT-AY VB).

Executive class seats have more recline then normal ACC, more leg space or seat pitch, wide seat with arm rests, better cushioning and high head rest.
They've to adjust the TTs to accommodate the MTC bound VB which is already being run using two rakes.
And as I mentioned earlier, the days of run are during Chhath and Deepawali, most of the passenger movement will be towards Chhapra, which is a day journey. So the ONT journey is mainly returning the rake to base.

Dedicated trains aur Single station uske samne har train me PQ aur Dist me 5 Bade station jaha se tagdi boarding hoti hai aur bahut log dedicated trains naa hone ke karan PCOI PRYJ BSB chale jate hai byroad wo sab kon ginega ?
Exactly ,compared to neighbouring states like Bihar and MP, UP has a very good network of state run buses.
This is the same reason ,why in festival time, even the capital Lucknow, where you will get patronage for sure, has not dedicated specials (to even Delhi).

Pretty much what you said, beshaq roadways are not the most comfortable way to travel around but when it gets the job done, it basically gets the job done.
Jharkhand me to roadways naam se kuchh hai hi nahi khas, Bihar me hai lekin not even remotely close to the level of UPSRTC.

to add more footfall.

They're running it with the rake of Meerut Vande Bharat (most probably) hence extension from Lucknow side was not possible. Also they are taking it back early morning which will not attract many passengers.
