including 15066 Panvel Gorakhpur, 05095 Narkatiaganj Gorakhpur, 12588 Jammu Tawi Gorakhpur, 12571 Humsafar Express, and 02569 New Delhi Clone Express were delayed for about two to two and a half hours. This caused inconvenience to the passengers. Due to rain in Uttarakhand, train number 15074 Tanakpur-Singrauli Express, which passes through Lucknow, was cancelled on Monday. In addition, 20 other trains on different routes were also cancelled. Around two dozen trains, including train number 13019 Howrah-Kathgodam Express, train number 15043 Lucknow Jn.-Kathgodam Express, train number 12208 Jammu Tawi-Kathgodam Express, and train number 15044 Kathgodam-Lucknow Jn. Jammu Tawi-Kathgodam Express will only operate up to Rudrapur, while the 12210 Kathgodam-Kanpur Central Express will be terminated at Rudrapur City station. The 12039 Kathgodam-New Delhi Shatabdi Express has also been short-terminated at Rudrapur and will depart for Delhi from there in the evening. The 13020 Kathgodam-Howrah Express will also operate only till Rudrapur and will depart from Rudrapur towards Howrah at night. These cancellations are due to heavy waterlogging in the railway yard at Lalkuan, affecting train operations.
