The operating department is neglecting these special trains, leading to delays of up to 22-24 hours, with some trains like the 03418 Malda Town Special being delayed by 23-24 hours and the 01666 Kar train delayed by 11 hours. These delays lead to passenger frustration and empty seats on the special trains.

Is wajah se yaatri bahut pareshan ho rahe hain aur special trains ki seats khali ja rahi hain.
