Still around 600 seats (597 to be precise) in SL class is available. If the announcement about the special was made in advance, the response would have been much encouraging. Many passengers going hometown for Ganesha Festival might have made alternate arrangements like bus. Can't say, last moment rush may be there from Bengaluru for this train.

Then it wont be useful for GR people as it will become round about. So they are requesting IR to start Basava from BJP to MYS via BGK, GDG, BAY provided a new daily Bidar-Bengaluru exp via Kalaburagi, Yadgir starts.

Yes after new Bgm-Sbc daily overnight SF, now it is time for Bidr-Klbg-Bluru Daily SF. Once this train get sanctioned, Basava can be re-routed via Gdg-Bay.

Or isn't it sufficient if LRR YPR and BIDR YPR gets re routed through GR and Basava starts from BJP and gets re routed through BAY RDG ?
If the demand for new train exists, then It should be Bidr - Gr - Mys SF as GR loses Mys connectivity if Basava gets re routed.

Even that can work, already daily Ned-Sbc is going via Bidr-Vkb. This Bidr/Lrr-Ypr can be rerouted via Klbg, But again that train should get extend to Mys because of Basava re-routing, it will all take lead for many approvals, objections, etc.
