entire train. The driver managed to apply emergency brakes and stop the train. The incident occurred due to negligence by laborers who were unloading sleepers from a dumper truck. The sleeper had fallen onto the tracks while being unloaded using a pressure machine, and the workers' attempts to remove it were unsuccessful. When the Vande Bharat Express approached, the workers moved aside. The train, number 22416, was traveling from Delhi to Kanpur and hit the sleeper near the village of Vichaulia. The incident caused a delay of about 17 minutes. A subsequent train, 12802 Purushottam Express, traveling from New Delhi to Kanpur, was also stopped near gate number 14 due to the delay. The DRM office in Prayagraj has ordered an investigation into the incident and announced disciplinary action against those responsible for the negligence.

Sleeper pressure machine se unload kiya ja raha tha, aur woh track pe gir gaya. Mazdooron ne use hataane ki koshish ki, par woh nahin hata. Jab Vande Bharat Express aa rahi thi, toh mazdoor hat gaye. Train number 22416, Delhi se Kanpur ja rahi thi, aur Vichaulia gaon ke paas sleeper se takrayi. Is incident se 17 minutes ki delay hui. Uske baad, New Delhi se Kanpur ja rahi 12802 Purushottam Express, gate number 14 ke paas rok di gayi. Prayagraj mein DRM office ne is incident ki jaanch karne ka aadesh diya hai, aur laaparvahi karne walon par action liya jaayega.
