Several trains, including the Vande Bharat, Nangal Dam, Gorakhpur-Howrah-Simultola, Purva Express, and others, were delayed and subsequently rerouted on a single line to their destinations. Numerous special trains operating on the Asansol-Kiul-Patna-Howrah line were canceled, while the routes of others were modified. Passengers faced significant inconvenience as a result. The railway had announced the 13-hour power and traffic block in advance. Specifically, the following trains were canceled: 03681/03682 Asansol-Jasidih-Asansol Passenger, 03538/03539 Jasidih-Andal-Jasidih Passenger Special, 03769/03770 Jasidih-Jhajha-Jasidih MEMU Special, 03573/03574 Jasidih-Kiul-Jasidih Passenger Special, 03233/03234 Deoghar-Jhajha-Deoghar MEMU Passenger Special, 03675/03676 Asansol-Jhajha-Asansol Passenger, 03581/03582 Jasidih-Banka-Jasidih DEMU Special, 03677 Asansol-Jasidih Passenger, 03571 Jasidih-Mokama MEMU Special, 02023/02024 Howrah-Patna-Howrah Superfast Special Express, 13029/13030 Howrah-Mokama-Howrah Express. The routes of other trains were also modified. For example, the 13331/13332 Patna-Dhanbad-Patna Intercity Express was rerouted via Patna, Gaya, and Dhanbad. The 17006 Raxul-Hyderabad Weekly Express was rerouted via Kiul-Bhagalpur-Rampurhat-Sainthia-Andal-Asansol-Dhanbad. The 08440 Patna-Puri Special was rerouted via Patna-Gaya-Dhanbad-Asansol. The 12317 Kolkata-Amritsar Express was rerouted via Dhanbad-Gaya-Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyay. The 18183 Tata-Ara Superfast Express was terminated at Asansol and returned to Tata. The mega block resulted in fewer passengers at Jasidih station, which impacted railway revenue.

On January 28th, a 13-hour block will be in place from 6:00 AM to 7:10 PM, starting after the passage of the 18622 Patliputra Express. Several passenger trains, including the 03681/03682 Asansol-Jasidih-Asansol Passenger, 03538/03539 Jasidih-Andal-Jasidih Passenger Special, and the 03769/03770 Jasidih-Jhajha-Jasidih MEMU Special, are among those cancelled on this date. The 13029/13030 Howrah-Mokama-Howrah Express is also cancelled on this day. The 03572 Mokama-Jasidih MEMU Special is cancelled on January 29th, and the 22197 First War of Independence Express is cancelled until February 25th. Several trains, including the 13331 Dhanbad-Patna Express, 13332 Patna-Dhanbad Express, and 17006 Raxaul-Hyderabad Weekly Express, have been rerouted. The 18183 Tata-Ara Express will be terminated at Asansol and operated as the 18184 Ara-Tata Express, while the 13207 Jasidih-Patna MEMU Express will originate at Jhajha and the 13208 Patna-Jasidih MEMU Express will terminate at Jhajha.
