The NI work for the remodeling of Roza station between Bareli and Lucknow will commence on Friday. The railway has made significant changes to the operations of major trains on the Moradabad-Lucknow route due to the major work. From August 1st, the NI work will begin at Roza, resulting in the cancellation of several key trains for nearly a week. Senior DCM Aditya Gupta stated that the operations of some trains have been canceled, while others have been short-terminated to facilitate the NI work. Trains will experience delays during this period. The list of canceled trains includes their corresponding numbers, dates of cancellation, and starting and ending stations. Additionally, the Rajyarani Express running between Lucknow and Meerut City will be canceled from August 2nd to 6th due to a revised schedule. The train will operate on July 31st and August 1st, but with delays. The Nauchandi Express, previously scheduled to operate on an alternate route from July 23rd to August 5th, will resume its regular schedule starting August 5th. The train will operate on the Lucknow-Kanpur Central, Khurja-Hapur route until August 4th. Trains that will operate on an alternate route include Rajdhani Dibrugarh, Jansadharan, Kamakhya-Anand Vihar, and Champaran Satyagraha. The Bareilly-Roza MEMU train is cancelled from July 23 to August 6, the Roza-Bareilly MEMU train until August 5, the Balamau-Shahjahanpur Special until August 5, the Shahjahanpur-Balamou Special from July 23 to August 7, the Sitapur City-Shahjahanpur Special until August 6, and the Shahjahanpur-Sitapur City Special until August 6. These cancellations are due to pre-non-interlock and non-interlock work for doubling construction between Roza and Sitapur City.
