Passengers are requested to reach the station by 1 PM for necessary pre-journey procedures. Devotees will receive their tickets and passes at Bilaspur and Pendra Road stations, with the requirement of presenting an Aadhaar card for ticket collection. The 12855 Bilaspur-Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Itwari Intercity Express has been shifted to platform number 5 to accommodate the 'Aastha Special' train, which will depart from the same platform.
