Furthermore, engineering work on the Barabanki section has led to the diversion of the Utsarg, Surat Chhapra, and Saryu Yamuna trains until January 14th. While some train services have resumed, they are not operating on schedule, and many Delhi-bound trains are severely affected. The Kaifiyat Express (12226) arrived in Azamgarh 4.5 hours late on Saturday, causing the Kaifiyat Express (12225) to depart for Delhi 2 hours late. The Sabarmati Express (19166) was also canceled on Saturday due to the delays.
