दो कोचों को अलग किया गया और बदल दिया गया, जिससे ट्रेन बहुत देर हो गई। इसी तरह, 12582 वाराणसी-नई दिल्ली सुपरफास्ट में भी यात्रियों ने एसी खराब होने की सूचना दी, जिससे कानपुर सेंट्रल पर 30 मिनट की देरी हुई। मैकेनिक स्टाफ ने एसी ठीक कर दिया। इन घटनाओं के कारण जांच शुरू की गई और यह बात उजागर हुई कि गर्मी के माहौल में ट्रेन में एसी खराब होने से यात्रियों को कितनी असुविधा होती है।

Do coaches ko detach kiya gaya aur replace kiya gaya, jisse train bahut late ho gayi. Issi tarah, 12582 Varanasi-New Delhi Superfast mein bhi passengers ne AC fail hone ki report di, jisse Kanpur Central pe 30 minutes ki delay hui. Mechanic staff ne AC fix kar diya. In incidents ki wajah se investigation shuru ki gayi aur yeh baat highlight hui ki garmi ke mahaul mein train mein AC fail hone se passengers ko kitna inconvenience hota hai.
