Railway officials ka kehna hai ki woh 01883 Bina-Gwalior special train ke liye express train ka fare charge kar rahe hai, kyuki unhe is baare mein koi official instructions nahi mile hai. Woh yeh bhi keh rahe hai ki ek similar train, unreserved special passenger train, ko passenger train ka fare lag raha hai, jo ki 23 February ko issue kiya gaya order ke mutabik hai.
